With deep respect and celebration for individuals’ autonomy, dignity, and worth; I utilize a relational client-centered approach and incorporate interventions from a variety of modalities. These include DBT, motivational interviewing, somatic, neuroaffirming strengths-based perspectives with attention to trauma, attachment, and neurodiversity. My experience includes working in both outpatient mental health and substance use treatment. 

 

I am a proud Hood College and University of Maryland School of Social Work graduate! I have a bachelors and masters in social work and hold a Maryland license in clinical social work (LCSW-C). I am also a certified overdose safety planning specialist.

 

I am currently proving individual and family therapy via telehealth to adults in the state of Maryland, as well as clinical supervision.
